OperateAgentic is run by ArcasyaAI. By using the site or creating an account, you agree to these terms. We’ve kept them short and plain.

Using the guides

The guides, showcases, and templates are general information about using AI tools at work. They aren’t legal, financial, security, or other professional advice. Test anything you set up on real work before you rely on it, and keep a person responsible for what goes out. Showcases say when they’re a teaching composite and not a client case.

Your account

You need to be at least 16 to create an account. Keep your sign-in methods secure, and use one account per person. Your handle can’t impersonate another person, a company, or OperateAgentic staff.

What you post

You keep ownership of what you write. By posting it here, you give ArcasyaAI permission to host, display, and share it on OperateAgentic and in links to it, for as long as it’s on the site. Guides you submit for review are covered by the contributor agreement, which also lets our editors edit them before they’re published.

Only post things you have the right to share. Follow the community guidelines. Don’t use the site to send spam, collect other people’s data, or get around our limits and moderation.

Moderation

We can hide posts, unpublish guides, limit how often an account can post, and suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the guidelines. When we can, we’ll tell you what happened and why.

No warranty

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, ArcasyaAI isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site, the guides, or what other members post.

Leaving

You can delete your account at any time from settings. See the privacy page for what that removes.

Changes

If we change these terms, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. Questions go to arcasya.ai/contact.
