OperateAgentic is run by ArcasyaAI. This page explains what we collect when you read the site or join the community, what we use it for, and how you can see or delete it. If something here is unclear, ask us through arcasya.ai/contact.

Reading the site

You can read every guide, showcase, and template without an account. We don’t run advertising trackers. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (like IP address, browser, and the page you asked for) for security and troubleshooting. If you switch between light and dark mode, your browser remembers the choice locally.

When you create an account

You can sign in with an email link or with Google, LinkedIn, GitHub, or X. When you do, we receive and store:

• your email address, so you can sign in and so we can reach you about your account
• the name and profile photo your sign-in provider shares, which we use to fill in your profile (you can change the name and hide the photo in settings)
• which sign-in methods are linked to your account

We don’t ask sign-in providers for access to your contacts, posts, or files, and we don’t post anything on your behalf.

What you share in the community

Your handle, display name, bio, website, photo (if shown), posts, replies, follows, and published guides are public. Likes are counted publicly, but the list of who liked what isn’t shown. Drafts you write for review stay private between you and our editors, along with any notes they send you.

If you report a post or profile, the moderators see your report and a copy of the reported content. The person you reported doesn’t see who reported them.

Cookies

When you’re signed in, we set cookies that keep your session active. They’re required for the community features and aren’t used for advertising.

Where your data lives

Account and community data is stored with Supabase in Canada. The site is hosted on Vercel. Sign-in emails are sent through our email provider. These companies process data for us under their own security and privacy terms.

How long we keep it

We keep your account data until you delete your account. Moderation records (like a report or a suspension) may be kept after the content is gone so we can handle repeat abuse.

Your choices

You can edit your profile, hide your photo, unlink sign-in methods, and delete your account from settings. Deleting your account removes your profile, posts, replies, likes, follows, drafts, and published guides. For a copy of your data or any other request, contact us through arcasya.ai/contact.

Changes to this page

If we change how we handle your data, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. For bigger changes, we’ll let signed-in members know on the site.
